Description

TH-2000PM Ambient Particulate Monitor was designed to continuously measure the mass concentration of suspended particulate matter in the atmosphere. Utilizing low-energy beta ray radiation absorption technology, controled by microcomputer system to monitor and manage data, this instrument can automatically continuous monitor. It’s monitoring means which is equivalent to classical weighting method not only reduces time of processing sample and pollution opportunity, and avoids personal equation, but also has no error accumulation, and do not need to calibrate and set zeroing. So it is new intelligent monitoring instrument.

Operation

A known volume of air is drawn through a sizeselective inlet, which can be configured to measure 

PM10, PM2.5 or TSP, and deposited onto the auto-advancing filter tape. The combined measurement of mass and air volume are used to obtain the mass concentration readings.

11. Before and after sampling, the position of filter paper is not changed, which eliminating the effect of measurement result because of nonhomogeneity of filter paper and avoiding hysteresis error.

12. When this instrument is booted up, the filter paper move to the blank area automatically to be inspected. The sampling spots are no longer
